1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 7c774 ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 7c774 platform available at 7c774.net, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on 7c774, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7c774 platform and close your account.

7c774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with 7c774, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7c774 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual for personal, recreational purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial or business purposes is prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 7c774 or any of its partner companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online betting or gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 7c774 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

7c774 implements age and identity verification procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document to verify your age and identity before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access betting and casino products on 7c774, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify 7c774 promptly of any changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7c774 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to access multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7c774 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

7c774 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, and payment method at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits
• Source of funds declaration for high-value transactions

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility in your 7c774 account dashboard. We aim to process KYC submissions within 2 business days. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. 7c774 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7c774 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 7c774 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes for mobile financial service providers. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 7c774 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 3 business days.

7c774 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts held in the name of a third party. All payment accounts used must match the verified name on the 7c774 account. Third-party payment transactions are grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposits made via fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. 7c774 reserves the right to report suspected financial fraud to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities and cooperate fully with any related investigation.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on the 7c774 sportsbook are subject to our Sports Betting Rules, which are available in full within the platform's help centre. The following general principles apply across all products:

5.1 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 7c774 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at time of placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), 7c774 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the stake to the player's account.
• For cricket matches that are abandoned, suspended, or delayed beyond 48 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the individual market rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market on the platform.

5.2 Casino & Crash Games

• All casino games available on 7c774 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or game crash — 7c774 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's bet stake. Winnings from a technically disrupted round may not be paid out.
• Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information are available within each individual game interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are enforced per game and per table. These limits are displayed before play commences.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7c774 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome and deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Only eligible real-money wagers count toward the rollover. Casino bets placed on games with an RTP above 96% may contribute at a reduced rate — this will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 7c774 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while a player is actively wagering through it, the remaining bonus balance will be removed and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds above the original bonus amount may be voided.
• Free bet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from free bets (net of the stake) are credited as withdrawable cash.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh may carry additional event-specific terms. These will be published on the relevant promotion page before the offer goes live.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or permanent ban from the 7c774 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit written permission from 7c774
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting identified software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions, or placing hedged bets to lock in a bonus without genuine risk
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal means
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7c774 staff or other players via any communication channel

8. Account Suspension & Closure

7c774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity has been detected on the account
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request has been received in relation to the account

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 7c774 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered through) will be returned via the player's primary payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming programme will have their accounts deactivated within one business hour of the request. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, 7c774 will make every reasonable effort to prevent the player from opening a new account. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, enforced, or under self-exclusion — all pending bonus balances and unwagered free bets are forfeited. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures where the closure was voluntary and no breach of Terms has been identified.
